The 2027 Western Snow & Ice Conference will be held September 29-October 1, 2027 at the Embassy Suites in Loveland!
CALL FOR PAPERS!!
The Colorado Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) is requesting abstracts for presentation at the 47th Annual Western Snow & Ice Conference & National Snow Roadeo to be held in September 2027. We are interested in NEW, CREATIVE, and INNOVATIVE presentations. You are invited to speak and share your public works experiences.
The deadline for submitting abstracts is February 1, 2027! Please share your knowledge and experiences with operators, supervisors and managers involved in snow operations from around the country! Note: Presentations cannot be “sales pitches” or endorse any specific brand, services or company.
Deadlines:
- February 1, 2027 – Abstract submittal forms due
- Week of March 1, 2027 – Notification of acceptance for presentation at the Conference
Submittals will only be accepted using the submittal form. Please complete the submittal form and return electronically via email to
bdweimer@msn.com by February 1, 2027. We anticipate notifying speakers of their selection by the first week in March 2027. Current information on the conference will be posted on the conference website: https://www.westernsnowandice.com as it becomes available.
