Please join us for the Annual Spring Street Conference Golf Tournament! The golf tournament is held the day before the conference, Monday, April 14, 2025 at Black Canyon Golf Course, 1350 Birch Street, Montrose. The tournament starts at 1:30pm with check in at 1:00pm.
Tournament information – Players:
Tournament Registration fee: $60 per person and includes cart.
If you wish to register or pay for more than one player, you can increase the quantity and pay for that amount all at once or you can add them as a guest by entering their name/contact information. Please send the names for your group to Pam at bdweimer@msn.com to ensure you are placed as a group.

Hole Sponsorship: $150
Company name and logo on sign posted at holes. First 3 companies registered will receive contest holes of closest to the pin, longest drive and longest putt.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Pamela Weimer at bdweimer@msn.com by Wednesday, April 9, 2025 in order to receive a refund. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Golfers should wear appropriate attire and spikeless golf shoes are recommended. No outside food or beverage is allowed.
All event participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, appropriate manner at all times. Participants shall treat one another and all others with dignity and respect and shall behave according to the conduct rules of their agencies. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, event staff may take any action they deem appropriate, and the participant(s) will not be allowed to register next year.
