The APWA Colorado Chapter Annual Conference will be held October 26 and 27, 2026 at the Denver Marriott West, 1717 Denver West Blvd. in Golden.

 

Please see the Exhibitor Flyer for detailed exhibitor information on the levels and benefits available.  Once registered online, you will need to submit the completed Exhibitor Registration Form so that we can collect the information that is needed for the marketing materials.  Please email the completed registration form to Pamela at bdweimer@msn.com.

Conference registration for attendees will be available this summer.  Watch your inbox and the Chapter website for detailed information!

 

Payment / Cancellation Policy:

Payment is due upon registration but no later than 14 days from the registration date.  If payment is not received at that time, the space will be released.  Once materials have been submitted (mid-August) for production, there are no refunds.  Prior to that time, there will be a 50% refund.  If booth space is not occupied by 7:00am on Monday, October 26, 2026, APWA Colorado shall have the right to use such space as it sees fit.  All cancellations must be made in writing to APWA Colorado by email to bdweimer@msn.com.  Refunds will be made within 60 days of the completion of the 2026 Annual Chapter Conference.
