2025 Theme: NAVIGATING A CHANGING LANDSCAPE
Change is inevitable. Roadways deteriorate, concrete cracks, slopes erode, pipes break, budgets are tweaked, and the standards that guide design, construction, and maintenance are constantly being revised. Public Works face this change while also managing and adapting to evolving technologies, climate impacts, political change, and shifting public expectations. As the industry faces new challenges and opportunities, it is essential for the Public Works community to explore innovative strategies, solutions, and best practices for navigating this changing landscape.
The 2025 APWA Colorado Chapter Conference invites you to submit presentations that address the complexities and opportunities of each new landscape and highlight how public works professionals are adapting, leading, and thriving in the face of change. Whether through new or existing technologies, sustainability practices, or innovation, we want to hear what’s on your mind. Come share your ideas and collaborate!
